The Problem We Saw Every Day
In 2023, our co-founders Diego and Tania were working with dozens of small businesses in Buenos Aires. They kept seeing the same story: a great restaurant with 3.6 stars on Google losing customers to an average competitor with 4.5 stars — simply because that competitor was proactively managing their online presence.
